THE PROCESS OF CUSTOMISATION

• 1. The sales department receives order requirements.
• 2. If similar products meeting the requirements are available in stock, the salesperson communicates with the customer and provides a quotation.
• 3. If the factory does not have products that meet the requirements, the product development process is initiated: the customer sends samples to the factory.
• 4. After product development is completed, it is sent back to the customer. At the same time, details such as the components of the developed samples are recorded and the development stages are tracked.
• 5. Confirm the final form of the product with the customer.
• 6. Calculate the cost based on the final product and provide a quotation to the customer. If the customer does not accept the quotation, the product development process ends. If the quotation is accepted, proceed to the next step.
• 7. The team generates product codes for the products and saves them for subsequent collaboration. At the same time, the production team begins mass production.
